Dr. Ulrich Valley
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Ulrich Valley has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held various management positions with a focus on Technical Operations, Supply Chain and Development.
He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University Of Braunschweig (Germany), where he also received his diploma.
Prof. Dr. Ulrike Fiedler
Chief Commercial Officer
Prof. Dr. Ulrike Fiedler is Chief Commercial Officer at IDT Biologika. Ulrike has been with IDT Biologika since 2014, bringing her 28 years of biotech experience as well as entrepreneurial responsibility and science-based innovation to the role. Ulrike studied Biochemistry at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, where she also received her doctor’s degree and has also been an Honorary Professor for Industrial Biotechnology since 2015.
Jürgen Kulbe
Chief Finance Officer
Jürgen Kulbe is Chief Financial Officer at IDT Biologika, responsible for Finance, IT, and Human Resources across all sites. He has held positions with global responsibility in various industry segments and has worked in the pharma industry for the last four years. Jürgen received his degree in Business Administration from Pforzheim University of Applied Science, with a focus on Accounting and Controlling, and received his Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
Dr. Christian Scheer
Senior Vice President Quality
Dr. Christian Scheer has extensive experience in quality management in the pharmaceutical industry. He studied Agriculture at the universities of Göttingen and Gießen, Germany, with a focus on molecular plant genetics, completing his studies at the TU Munich with a PhD in Biochemistry.
North American Operations
Dr. Manoj Menon
Managing Director
Dr. Manoj Menon has over 20 years of experience in the biopharma industry in biologics product development and commercial launches, establishment of global product supply chains, contract manufacturing, international technology transfers, and manufacturing facility validation. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and Bachelors/Masters in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
Ian Hart
Senior Director, Quality
Ian Hart is an accomplished Biopharma Manufacturing/CMC Leader with over 30 years of late stage development, commercial and clinical biologics manufacturing experience under US, Canadian and European cGMP regulations. He brings compliance and technical experience to provide the leadership to the site. He will be responsible for leading Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions. Ian holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, Toronto, Canada, and a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada.
Dr. Heidi Trusheim
Senior Director, Process Development
Dr. Heidi Trusheim is Senior Director, Process Development at IDT Biologika. As a scientist, Heidi has expertise in developing, overseeing, and validating processes to manufacture and commercialize novel biological products. She has over 20 years of experience in research and development, with 15 years in the biopharmaceutical industry. Heidi received her doctor’s degree and M.Sc. from the University of Osnabrück.
